Foil-Pack Chicken & Broccoli Dinner
The individual packets are so easy to assemble. And since you just throw the foil away, cleanup is a snap!

What You Need
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 cup water
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g), 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp. Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
- 1/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
Make It
- Tap or click steps to mark as complete
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Mix stuffing mix and water; spoon onto centres of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil. Top with remaining ingredients.
- Bring up foil sides; fold to make 4 packets. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (170°F). Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.

Kitchen Tips
Cooking Know-HowIf the chicken breasts in your market are larger than 1/4 lb./115 g, they will take longer to cook. Be sure to cook them long enough so that they are no longer pink in the centres and the juices run clear.
Cooking Know-How
To prevent the stuffing from sticking to the foil, spray the foil with cooking spray before using. Or, use nonstick foil.
